He can't stay healthy and he has been mediocre two straight seasons. No way he should be extended

 

We won’t get anyone to push him. They will keep gabbert and not devote resources to a more expensive backup.

 

Then expect to lose a lot of games because putting hopes in Mariota/gabbert is a recipe for disaster.

 

He simply can’t be extended. He hasn’t been available enough. He’s been glass. Hate to say it but he’s Locker 2.0.

And I’m through with everybody on our OL. And JRob for creating that dung heap.

 

Welp, looks like I won't be seeing any local broadcasts of Titans next season. It was fun while it lasted.

 

Worst case scenario next year is a healthy Mariota. He is good enough to get us another 8/9 win season and out of the running for Lawrence, Tua or even Herbert in 2020.

I never wish injury on anyone, but best case scenario would be Mariota out for a year with nerve damage/surgery and Gabbert leads the team to 3-13.

 

I've had enough of the 1-3 win seasons. I never want to experience those again. Plenty of teams find their QB without tanking. The Chiefs come to mind.

I'd rather be in the position we've been in the past two years than being the laughing stock of the NFL again.

 

We gotta get Tua so I can watch local again.
