Things Get Spicy After The Game Between Lewan and Josh Norman

"We" don't know what "we" want in a player or coach, frankly...

 

We've won every game in which he's received more than 15 carries. The only inconsistent thing is the distribution of carries between the RBs.

 

It does actually sound like it will cost him a fine.

I hope he does a "straight cash homie" or

 

Whoa, good one.

 

If him walking over costs him a fine, then throwing a punch and his helmet at Lewan should be a solid suspension for Norman.

 

The NFL already has his bank account on speed checkout

 

When commenting on Lewan maturity, viewing what he is talking about is pretty important. This is the play after the Byard INT.

With the game over, Titans running clock, Norman tackles Henry ... then keeps rip pl ing at his ankle after the play as they both lay on the ground.

Then, Norman gets up 1st and starts slapping at Henry. Lewan walks over, breaks it up by standing between them with both his hands up over his head and his back to Norman ... simply protecting Henry without interjecting himself.

Norman then keeps slapping and even catching Lewan from behind.

Lewan circa 2016 would be knocked Norman out. Instead, he silently takes it, then walks over and tells him that was out of line post game ... and again takes a hit from a thrown helmet, numerous blows, and a verbal berating ... all without reaction from himself.

I'd say he has matured quite a bit.

If that's the play that set it off seems really petty. Even in slo mo it didn't look like anything to get riled up about.I agree that trait is part of what makes him so good. But for an incident like that there was no reason to even confront the dude imo. That being said, he is still one of my favorite Titans.
