Lots have changed in the streaming world so am now considering one of these two options to replace Comcast.

My big thing is local sports and want to make sure these are good options. I need good quality HD too.

Anyone have one or the other and can recommend?

Also, have Hulu live. Get all local sports, HD quality is better than Charter. I’ve heard good things about YouTube TV, also.

To update this thread, I dropped Comcast and only kept internet. It dropped me from $220 a month to about $55.

Got YouTube TV and love it. Good sports mix and locals. I believe it’s right at $45. Got Hulu commercial free and it’s $14. I have HBO for $15 but will likely drop. Still have Netflix for $15.

HD on all TVs now. I’ve been pleased with the change.

I typed cable but meant internet. It’s a $49.99 Blast! plan. With tax it’s around $55 or so. But that is just a one-year deal.

I believe CBS all access shows your local NFL game now and it's six bucks a month.

I've had multiple streaming services, mainly for their free trials. I didn't honestly see much difference between them from the ones i've tried (SlingTV, PS Vue, DirecTV Now, Youtube TV, Hulu TV, Fubo TV) but I really only watch Sports on TV and don't watch really anything else. Just go with whichever one has the channels you're interested in for the lowest price. Picture quality was the same throughout all of them in my experience.

Fubo TV specializes in sports, may be worth checking into if you're big into sports.

From everyone I have talked to up to this point......it seems like it starts off way cheaper and then over the course of the year or after year one.....it ends up climbing back to what you were paying before. (Kind of like cable or satellite.)

It works just like Netflix and you can cancel any time, the same exact way you would cancel your Netflix. There is no climbing prices or introductory offers or anything.
