    Our defense is the best thing we have going this season. I have to disagree with your assessment. So any other complaints before I talk about the defense.

    This was a bad thread started in anger and frustration...however dont start lauding the defense like its rock solid. Saying its the best thing we have going isn't setting the bar very high.

    Fact is the D has looked unprepared and unable to defend anything in several games. Whether our position coaches are just bad or whatever the excuse is doesnt matter it starts and ends with Pees and I have not seen anything that tells me we are getting better as the season progresses.

    We haven't allowed more than 21 points in regulation (depending on if you dismiss the Miami KR return). 3 games were against top 10 QBs, IMO. If our offense played at even an average level, we'd probably have at least 6 wins.

    We did beat the Jags. We lost to the Dolphins, Bills, Ravens, and Chargers.

    The only thing I hate is the old school bend dont break defense. I just want an aggressive D who gets 3 and outs consistently, no long drives then the D puts their heels down forcing a FG.
