I think the article was just a little harsh. Tajae was a good value for that pick. I'm not sure what people expect of Austin Johnson. How many NTs get their name called constantly?

Yeah true but he signed Nick Williams when guys like Markus Wheaton, Jeremy Maclin or Jeff Janis are available.

You mean other unproductive guys who nobody wants? You are proving the point at issue here.

Also, our QB has a negative TD/INT count for like the past 20 games. Yet we still have a winning record. It doesn't sound like he's built a bad team, just saddled with a really bad QB who is holding it back. His stats are in the company of the absolute worst QBs in the league, who don't get the same benefit of the doubt and number of chances he does. He's got a 10 game period in his career where he's had an incredible 29/3 TD/Int ratio, and he's 31/35 the majority of the time. Which sounds like the QB that we are seeing now?

Will we get better results playing Gabby? He did go after him as our back up option so is that not on him for not getting another real option at QB? He also did waste one of our 4 picks this past draft on Falk but he's not here anymore. Lots of blame and finger pointing goes around when the team did as poorly as they did yesterday.

You're complaining about nitpicking, but here you are... nitpicking at Mariota's passing yards per season knowing damn well he's played in some out of style systems that run the ball more than they pass, which is the complete opposite to the Ravens who don't utilize a running game.

"He has never proved that he can be a volume passer" is such a s#it take I don't even know where to start. Some of his legendary games have happened when we're down big and the coaching staff decides to ditch the trashmouth offense to let Marcus throw us back into the game ie Eagles game where he went 30/43 for 344 passing yards while the RB's had just 12 carries. He's never had the opportunity to be a volume passer for a season and you know it, Alphabet.
