There was a play where the Ravens show an all out blitz, MM8 pointed to Davis who was one on one with his guy, seemed to say streak or something. Ball snapped Davis got cover up like **** in litter, as usual, 8 took sack. MM8 has his issues but our WRs are not great and shown not to be reliable.

I do think the weather had a major effect on our ability to counter the pass rush with quick plays, wet fields suck for slants and quick outs

That's when you should rely and count on your run game, oh wait, we can't hold a block for that too.

Yeah, wouldn’t it be cool if the Ravens had to play in the same weather we did today. Hashtag excuses and what have you.

Well I guess he’ll see it in the film room . At the moment there’s not many options and when a qb is getting rushed like that it’s even Tom Brady’s kryptonite. Mariota is the 3rd or 4th level of blame.

Not waiting for a legit QB is why this franchise has been garbage for over a decade.

VY didn’t pan out? QUICK! Draft Jake Fricken Locker.

Locker sucks too? GOTTA GET MARIOTA.

Chiefs did it right. Have a vet guy who can hold the fort until you see a guy that can change a franchise, and you draft him.

Packers drafted Aaron Rodgers when they had a future HOF on their roster.

Marcus could play better, definitely. But I’m tired of spending top 10 picks on QBs the year after the previous guy failed, just cause the organization feels like they have to.

If he doesn’t take command of his job, then get a vet game manager type guy (or keep Mariota, cause he’s done nothing to warrant a big pay day tbh), build your roster and wait till a QB comes out that will be the perfect fit for the team.

We tried to build a roster but went super cheap mode.
    1. Hired Mularkey and crew because it was easy and cheap.
    2. Need better weapons but scared to sign a big FA, bring in low tier PS level guys
    3. We scared to leverage future to make trades and give up draft picks for proven vets

Rams went all out, win now mode and the product on the field looks good. At the very least, its fun to watch them and their fans are on board. Jags went all out on D, paid off last season but they need a QB. Today was pitiful from all. Next step is to fix the major O line issues, if we can fix it, season can be salvaged.

Whether or not he is responsible or not if this season is a complete disappointment, it wouldn't hurt to wash your hands of Marcus and move on
I always thought the offensive line was supposed to be a strength. They handed an awful lot of money to Lewan and the Conklin is a first round stud. Understand he was hurt. But the line was awful. Flat out awful today. They have to be better or they’re done.

This, sadly, is true. It was maddening. Even a three yard dunk is better than standing there watching DEs charge at you. It seemed like he wanted every play to be a big downfield grab, ignoring all the open recievers right in front of him.
