Trade Henry for a TE?

Opening drive, we are moving and cross the Ravens 40, then we pull Henry for Lewis and punt and never look back as we punt, punt, punt, punt, punt, punt, punt, punt, punt, punt, punt and punt as we remain committed to Lewis in the game.

If we aren't going to play the guy, and we going to bench him anytime he is in and we are moving, then what is the point? Why not trade him tomorrow for a TE and get ready for the 2nd half of the season with Lewis as our featured back and Kern as out offensive MVP?

 

If we aren't willing to use him, then I'd rather release him to free agency and let him go somewhere where they will.

This 2 back system is a joke. Anytime any back is doing halfway decent, we yank him from the game, put in the other back until he gets past a 3 yard carry, then pull him out and go empty until we give up a sack, then start the cycle all over again. It makes no sense.

 

I agree. But everytime Henry makes a play, he gets benched. So, if the coaches are against playing him, then why not just make it Lewis's team and move forward. This "we are going to be a finesse team and a smashmouth team at the same exact time" is garbage. Choose an identity and move forward with it.
