Options at WR

Treadwell has been a huge disappointment so far, but he's got a crazy amount of talent. I'd like to give someone like that a 2nd chance in a new place. If he got close to his potential, a Davis/Treadwell/Taylor lineup would be scary

 

A Mariota/Henry/DGB lineup was suppose to be scary too.

Some folks just don't got it, regardless of their potential.

We don't need an unpolished WR with potential in Nashville, we need a polished WR..

 

I agree, but the likelihood of a great WR getting traded to the Titans isn't high. If we can trade for Antonio Brown, then obviously I would support that. But, considering we really can't, we shouldn't ignore other options.

And sometimes a change of scenery helps. Worked with Kyle Vanden Bosch. I'd rather take a chance that we get a 1st round WR, than signing a PS guy and hoping he just doesn't screw up.

 

Talk Calvin Johnson out of retirement!

 

He's stuck behind Theiln, Diggs, Rudolph and I imagine Cook when he returns. Here he would be a decent #2-3 with more targets, a change and more opportunities could do him good.

We need to call the giants and give them a first for obj on monday. We could even part with some later picks too, to get the deal done. Then we can just run 3-4 wr sets all the time and keep our trash tes off of the field. Spread it out and run with lewis in the backfield most the time. Mm8 would thrive and we win the sb, done.

 

Let’s just go out and get OBJ. He doesn’t look real happy with Eli..
