  1. Keep developing Davis, Taylor, Sharpe, Jennings

  2. Sign a Free Agent

  3. Scrape the bottom of the barrel for an other teams practice squad player

  4. Trade for a veteran

The Titans need WR help as bad as any team, so lets talk WR options.

Free agency offers nearly nothing. After Dez Bryant (if Dez even wants to play again) its Jeremy Maclin (rehabbing a hamstring), Kendall Wright, Kenny Britt, Jaelen Strong (ACL injury in Dec),Breshad Perriman, Jeff Janis or some even sadder name I missed.

Option-2 would be sign a WR from someones practice squad. The Broncos Carlos Henderson, Dolphins Leonte Carroo, Jets Deontay Burnett, Falcons Devin Gray, Ravens Cam Phillips, Panthers Mose Frazier, or Steelers Trey Griffey are all notable PS players.

Option-3 would involve a trade. The way I see it no team is interested in dealing their top 3 guys, but perhaps that 4th guy could be had. Looking around the league a few veteran players are being outplayed by younger cheaper players so perhaps the Falcons would make Mohamed Sanu available? Miami isnt doing much with Kenny Stills. Panthers havent played Curtis Samuel much at all til yesterday. Maybe the Steelers give us back Justin Hunter? Brandon LaFell has been a healthy scratch in Oakland. Cole Beasley is wasting away in Dallas.

I dont really like the idea of a trade, but its one way to address this mess we're in now.

    Thoughts.....

I'm good with Davis, Taylor, and Sharpe. we just need more rotational players. I think we can get what we need from other practice squads. Lets just make sure they can catch the damn ball.

Curtis Samuel had been out because of a heart surgery, fyi.

At this point, JRob decided early on that he was gonna go with the youth movement, so might as well stick with it.

We've got to see if Taylor and Jonnu are the future of our team, Jonnu certainly looking terrible. Is Taylor just a gadget player?

I'd throw Pierre Garcon, Sterling Shepard and maybe even Amari Cooper as trade targets. (Gruden did trade Mack, who knows what he'll do).

if we are going FA i say dez. i dont think he fits with the culture at all but at this point we need people who can play regardless of that.... even if he's not as good as he was, defenses will respect him.
