I saw Sharif Finch graded as our best pass rusher in the game. I wonder if he earned more touches?

OK that's interesting - it means Mariota has some sort of ulnar nerve entrapment. The ulnar nerve runs underneath the medial epicondyle (funny bone) and provides sensation to the little and half of the ring finger. It also innovate most of the muscles in the hand, specifically grip (look up Froment's test). As long as there is no fracture at the elbow (which sounds unlikely) treatment is usually conservative with NSAIDs.

I'm curious why the NFL didn't go back and review the cheap shot hit on Lewan? This is busch league. That Dolphins player need to get fined and suspended. So ridiculous.

I injured the ulnar nerve in my hand, my pinky and half of my ring finger were numb and tingly for what seemed like weeks to well over a month. It eventually healed but I also wasn’t getting any kind of treatment for it either

He may have gotten it from this Tweet:

If this is the case, are there various degrees of damage? Is treatment the same for all?

Yes varying degrees of severity depending on how much pressure is on the nerve but most are treated conservatively in the first instance. If symptoms don't settle steroid injections are used (probably not allowed in the NFL) or you can end up needing surgery much later for decompression. I suspect Mariota will be very much in the former (reassuring) category but theres no way to know with the limited information given. He has undergone 'tests' , probably ultrasound / MRI / nerve conduction studies but there's no update on this yet today I see...
