    What were the better options?

On the surface, it seems Reid may be a better player, but system wise KV is a better fit. Also, Reid let flight delays over 3 days keep him from trying out... he *should have rented a car if he really wanted to play.

Can’t agree with this more. If he wanted to get to Nashville, he could’ve.

FYI, he still hasn’t shown up.

IMO I liked Reid, better all around player. People say Vacarro is more versatile but Reid played a little bit of everywhere last year so he’s just as versatile and his track record is better. I don’t know exactly what was going on with his travel arrangements so I’m not gonna sit here and say the guy should of drove or flew to a different airport to get here. From what I read he made 3 separate flight arrangements and all three got cancelled so it’s not like he didn’t try. They could’ve of waited for Reid, 3 days wasn’t gonna make or break the position but Jrob felt otherwise. Like I said earlier I’ll give the guy a shot but I’m not overly optimistic.

Reid doesn’t even need to be talked about if he can’t make it to a workout or job interview for 4 days.

We Titan fans would be more pissed if JRob didn’t make a move at Vaccaro who was by far the most accomplished player who attended the workout.

Reid didn’t make it because he wants to keep playing the victim and saying he’s being blackballed.

PFF is essentially just Madden ratings for message boards and Twitter.

    That website is ass.

It’s meant for people who don’t have the time or the desire to study a team/player skill set on their own, so they take a bunch of other dudes opinions as gospel.

Was reported that he turned down a few offers and decided to wait for a better opportunity which apparently is with the Titans. So apparently he had offers that he declined. One thing to get no offers of any kind vs choosing what is the best offer for you.

What is a good resource, then? At least PFF has a defined evaluation system that they can fall back on. And it's not like their grades are far fetched, although they seem to inexplicably change, as pointed out by the OP.

Theit QB grading system is crap. It caters to pocket QBs and doesn't know how to account for mobile QBs like Rodgers, Watson, or Wilson who have poor supporting casts or coaching and must score and move the ball by non-traditional, but much more difficult means. There is at least a rhyme or reason to the way that they evaluate every other position.

Some people on here think PFF is trash but I agree with you, what’s another alternative regarding stats? I’m yet to see it. ESPN,NFL Network, CBS, commentators, analysts, even the fantasy gurus all refer to PFF for stats and info. If someone has another website that breaks down the game and players the way PFF does I’m all ears.
