Just to remind ppl of how scrub of a coaching staff Mariota was delt with

    His OC in Robiskie could only land another gig as a wrs coach which other teams have figured out is his ceiling for over 2 decades.

    His OC/QB coach for his entire career is no longer coaching Qbs but instead TEs.

    And of course his Head coach for nearly 3 years is currently unemployed and still possesses a losing record.

    The biggest fail though is that none of these guys have anymore influence on developing qbs.

    His QB coach IS a TE coach. Or was... I don't think he's ever had a proper QB coach.

    Only time he's EVER been a QB coach, prior to us, was one year in 2006 as both Quality Control Coordinator(?) and QB coach of the Jets.

    Chad Pennington, Kellen Clemons and Patrick Ramsey... then Marcus Mariota???

    Said it for YEARS... Marcus Mariota has never had a good coach to help him.

    Vrabel is a ray of sunshine talking about using a QB since we have one

    It used to annoy me to see us play 1980s Fisher ball in 2017 when we actually had a QB to play 2017 football with.

    I really think we are set up to make some major noise this year. The team knows they can hang with big boys from last year. Now they have a young, confident, high energy coach and coordinators with good schemes to take advantage of their talent.

    Sky is the limit for this crew.
