Kona side? Was there for xmas a few years ago. Actually ended up where the volcana went off last time and walked the lava rock to the shore, was pretty cool. Apparently that's where it's going off again lol. I hear ya though, my wedding is in July on Maui and all anyone keeps asking is "oh, is the volcano going to be an issue". Lol, those people know nothing about the area of Hawaii.

 

That was the plan for us to go check out the volcano park and all the lava rock but obviously not anymore hah

Lol yeah unless the winds push all that vog/ash all the way to Maui you’ll be fine. Someone else I know is they’re now closer to the Volcano side and their good so yeah

had jcb done a bit more investigating he would know that this is actually one of those cheap chinese ripoffs, they made it in the wrong color
