    Seems like it takes twice as long to cook but I think it would be half the work to prep

    @520 which looks like less work overall?

    The tots would be easiest, just do pork in crock pot the night before, Make fresh tots and the rest is just toppings.

    Hint for the pork, use a bottle of Dr. Pepper in crock pot for liquid.
