Locker probably could have soaked up a few more million holding a clipboard on the sidelines for a team or 2... His spirit was broken along with just about every bone in his body it seemed. Dude had more injuries than Evel Knievel.

Basically he was McNair who didn’t need the money.

I was thinking this after seeing this thread. I know injuries happen to everyone in football but it feels like the Titans QBs as a whole since McNair days till now have had the most injuries combined than any other team. I’m sure if someone did research - you wouldn’t find many full 16 game seasons from any of our Titan QBs over the years. Always so many nagging injuries, no matter who has taken the ball under center in 2-tone blue.

Always did hate that the games he played the best in were the games he got knocked out of. Lions game might have been his best game that he had that he ended up playing the whole game.

I didn't hate Locker. It is where he was drafted at. Just the fact he was a first round pick. Even worse a Top Ten pick

I used to hate Locker. But then I found out about his condition in this thread title, and I can relate. They make things difficult in my life as well.

Well, it doesn’t help that the roster has been trash most of that time.

Since Derrick Mason left, name one competent receiver we have had? A couple of years of Nate Washington is about the high water mark.

Outside of CJ’s brief glory days, the running backs have pretty much blown too. Bishop Sankey ain’t scaring anyone.

Line had enormous problems for long stretches of that time, and we tried to fix it with scrubs like warmack, potusi, and shwenke.

So basically you had not very good QB’s (young, locker, hass and KC) with little threat of a running game, behind a crap line, holding the ball too long waiting for clowns like Kenny Britt, justin hunter and Jared Cook to get open. That was the reality most years.

Not many qb’s are going to finish the season, much less thrive, with that.

Fitz did okay with a crappy roster. Locker was straight trash from start to finish IMO Glad he left when he did.

Jeez makes you appreciate what they got going now after reflecting back on those trash rosters. Windows are never big and this roster is constructed as the best since the early 99-00 glory years - better enjoy this ride. IMO our WRs still are not scaring anyone - jury is out on Corey Davis - he better take a big leap this year
