Maurice Hurst would take this defense to the next level. He is what we wanted in Suh. He would give us another Jurrell Casey on the line. We would be very lucky to get him. The only two ILB’s that are 1st round worthy are Smith and KVE and the only DE/OLB that truly is 1st round worthy is Chubb. Hurst would have been top 15 maybe top 10 without the medical.

Also we won’t touch Hubbard until maybe round two but he would be a 3-4 end not an OLB.

Hubbard too small to be a 3-4 DE -- he probably needs to be in a 4-3 to have any hope.

@JCBRAVE You should watch film on Maurice Hurst, you will like what you see. Every snap I watched of him he is the first guy off the line by a mile.

@Deuce Wayne can tell you about him

I disagree Justin Smith was all world at 6’4” and 267lbs. Hubbard is 6’5” at 265lbs. If he’s there in the 3rd I wouldn’t hesitate unless someone else dropped that was a more pressing need. Although that would be a fantastic time to get P.J. Hall...

Smith was bigger when he moved to the 3-4

Maurice Hurst takes too many plays off and is terrible against the run. Pass.

Give me Taven Bryan before him.

Top prospects associated with the Titans:
» Ronnie Harrison, S, Alabama: Meets with Titans
» Josh Jackson, CB, Iowa: Will visit Titans
» Malik Jefferson, LB, Texas: Jefferson visits Titans
» Arden Key, LB, LSU: Key to visit Titans
» Sony Michel, RB, Georgia: Report: Michel meets with Titans at Combine

This is such a terrible cluster article (posted 3/22 - updated through to 4/17)

Well, 50% of this is wrong... title is 'Tracking Teams interest in Prospects' and then highlights 'First Rd Pick #'

Throw out Michel, Harrison, and Jackson --- yes, they're prob interested -- but not pick #25 interested.... 2nd rd drops interested..

They probably meant first pick instead of first round pick. Our only needs on this roster need to be filled with playmakers, we lack there. Idt any will be there at 25. Moving up will cost a ton this draft until the top 5 qbs are gone, so i can't see us doing that. So i think we move back, aquire picks and strengthen our rotations and depth.
