With as humble and team first as the man is, for the good of the team l, I can see him taking less. I agree with Cat. But I don’t think he is by any means dumb.

No he wont. Especially for a ****** franchise like us. I dont even think he likes living here... thats why he spends his majority of his offseason out West or in Hawaii

The franchise has made a pretty nice commitment to him with the recent changes. I can see him giving it back. He’s a loyal guy.

Just because he doesn’t live there full time doesn’t mean he doesn’t like you, the city or the organization.

I really don’t think him spending his offseason away from Nashville says anything about how he feels about the city. He still is involved with the University or Oregon. His little brother plays for the Ducks. His parents who he is very very close to still live in Hawaii. He doesn’t have a wife or kids keeping him here in Nashville. So going to the west coast to meet his family in the middle is a lot easier. Most professional athletes have a life outside of the city that they play in.

If you had the choice to stay in Hawaii or Nashville for a couple of months, which would you choose?

Especially in January and February. I’d get the hell out too.

Mate. You said over half the cap on 4 guys. You've now added Casey to make it 5 guys, and 69m is still well under 1/2 the cap, its closer to 1/3.

I think if you have a look at most rosters, theyd have 80m invested in their top 4-6 players.

Do you remember Marcus almost holding out before signing his rookie deal?

The guy is nice and humble but we are definitely going to have to pay him a lot of money.

Wait... isn’t the only reason you’re a Titans fan because we drafted Marcus?
