Titans hire Matt LaFleur as OC!!

    I'm surprised we poached him for a "lateral" move. He wasn't calling plays, but another good year for that offense, and some team may have been willing to give him a shot at HC.

    Huge hire. No offense did a better job of maximizing talent last year. I'm glad to be getting someone from that staff.

    You can only assume that he (LaFleur) thinks that a season of calling plays will be the difference between failing to achieve a HC role this offseason, and next.

    Expect this to be a 1 season stop for him. If so, it means 1 good year of offense, and I trust JRob/Vrabel enough to realise this and to plan for 2019 at some point in 2018.

    Man, I would have been overjoyed even if we kept Mularkey and upgraded LeBeau to Pees and Robiskie to LaFleur.

    To also be rid of Mularkey is just so good.
