    The #Titans have agreed to terms with new OC Matt LaFleur, formerly of the #Rams, source confirms (as @PaulKuharskyNFL reported). Interviewed for HC job, winds up as OC... and play-caller.

    I like how some people's two biggest questions with LaFleur is the same two that can be applied to DeFilippo.

    Didn't call plays and can leave next year.

    young coach that the players will love and fight for, experienced DC witha good track record and experience, and a young OC with a good track record of developing QBs and running a modern offense
