Y'all are really clinging to that one huh...

 

We're kind of the last team standing without an OC, but in this case it's a good thing. New England is losing McDaniels, but surely they will promote from within. I'm feeling very confident that DeFillipo is the Titans OC in about 9 days.

 

That would go a long way into the fans buying into Vrabel.

I'm not at all convinced that's true, and even if it is, it is barely relevant.

Not offering a qualified candidate is an indictment against Vrabel just as much as getting turned down is.

Which is all irrelevant right up until we hire 35 year old Robiskie, and then I will bring this up again.

 

What exactly made him a qualified candidate? Because he held Stafford's jock strap for a couple seasons?

 

If Mariota flourishes under Flip - Teams are going to grab him the following year for a HC.

 

Well, first, Cameron Wolf reported we didn’t offer him the job. Second, after interviewing him, perhaps it was clear he was not ready for an OC job. Not having been in the interview room, we have no idea if he bombed out or not. Or simply, they may have felt Flip would be a better option and chose to wait.

 

So basically what you are saying is no matter what you are going to piss and moan. Cool dude. Because he is qualified doesn’t mean he fits Vrabels vision.

 

So... you don't want a coach that will help him flourish?
