Vrabel fires most of Titans staff

    Im going to say i dont think any good coaches wanna sign with the Titans since the firing of Mularkey after winning in the playoffs and then losing. They probably think well if they will fire someone who made it to the playoffs and only care about 1 position (QB) then they will just fire the next guy for nothing so NO.

    Just a thought but maybe not and hope not.

    Other teams have dumped good coaches after wining , Titans raising the status quo isnt a bad move IMO

    Any coach who knows the game, and watched the offense this year, would totally agree and understand with the change I'm sure. I would think it's more likely the opposite. They'd watch the offense and think "wow, I could get SO MUCH MORE out of the talent JR has assembled".

    I don’t disagree, but people seem to have forgotten about some injuries on offense this year.

    My guess is.... during the West Coast run where we lost two games. That was Robinsons time and excuse for a change with his boy Vrabel available.

    Jon Gruden was traded from Oakland to the Bucs after winning in the wild card round.

    Marty Schottenheimer was fired in SD after winning the division and a playoff game.

    Steve Mariucci was fired after winning the division and a playoff game.

    Those are just the ones off the top of my head.

    Considering the production they got out of less talent the year prior, just showed the NFL caught up with them and they were unwilling to change. So JR had to make a change. And I expected Murray to fall off, they shouldn't have expected him to play like he did the season prior at his age. Especially considering the year prior to that with the Eagles was like a rest year for him.

    This team won games in spite of the coaching not because of it.

    Lost too many games we should have won and barely won some we should have dominated the other team

    Any coach worth anything would see the talent on this team was being held back
