    Regardless of how they pan out, I like the youth movement and not going for retreads for the coaching staff. It is something completely different than what we are used too.

    Pat Kirwin just said on NFL Radio, his GM friend told him the Titans were going straight to the offense Mariota ran in college.

    This would be very ideal and we saw the results of him running tempo, 3 WRs sets, him calling the plays was great. Offense moving freely and a joy to watch versus the Jags and Chiefs. Too bad it didn't continue vs the Pats. Looked like it was back to Mularkey and Robiskie ball.

    Good. Time to stop acting like it can't work. Just has to have a power run element to it. You've got to be able to run, even if the defense is suspecting you're going to run.

    In all seriousness though, I'm fully behind the guy, young and small experience be damned. I like what he had to say, he's going to be aggressive and accountable. And flexible, not shoving a garbage scheme down the teams throat.

    I also heard that he didn't think Marcus was a franchise QB, but I must have mis heard because then he went on about it.
