    Yeah, no disagreement there. I am guessing that a great coordinator has about a 2-3 year (at most) shelf life before being tapped for a promotion, so that would be about the best we could hope for here....

    If we hire an OC that is specifically there to maximize MM’s talent, then you’ll see us draft a projected, poor mans MM.

    You won’t see a back up quarterback like Cassel.
