Ryan Day potential OC

This is interesting to say the least, but I'm on board with this.

We all clamored for Mularkey's ancient offense to be gone... well, Ryan Day would likely run a very modern offense, one that would be very familiar to Mariota verbiage/scheme wise. This takes us out of the 19th century.

He's learned under Chip Kelly & Urban Meyer. Kelly is good for the Mariota similarities, Meyer good for the winning culture.

This is a little outta left field But I see why it makes sense.

 

Yup. And it's one of the most common causes for a business to collapse.

Besides, football isn't like other industries.

If you have 100 candidates who can do a job equally as well as all the others, sure, hire your buddy.

When you are in professional sports, the most cutthroat, competitive industry in the world, that **** will not cut it.

That is the NFL. Always aboutbtrusted relationships which doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing. I think the main difference than in previous years is that we seemed to only want people with a previous team connection.

 

I assume Urban Meyer weighed in on an opinion for Vrabel.

 

Is there statistics to back up this atatement? Because if not you’re just making **** up.

There are literal examples of this on every single team in the NFL so that kinda collapses your whole point.
