    It goes to show how much impact making a bad choice at QB is for a franchise. Munch wasn't a good enough head coach to overcome a bad QB or GM. If Locker would have stayed healthy and picks like Britt pan out, he maybe has a chance if he'd improved as a HC as well.

    And considering that Munchak was essentially a Titan his entire adult life by that point, if there was any coach that the ownership was pulling for, it was that guy. And honestly, his record wasn't horrible considering what he had to work with...Whisenhunt proved that.

    BUT he never should have been hired. Just like Mularkey should never have been hired.

    Munchak was BAs last chance at winning. BA did not want to blow up the team in his twilight years. Thought the Titans were close for some reason. Probably all those years of fishface whispering in his ear
