Titans Interviewing Matt LaFleur (Rams OC)

JR got saddled with Mularkey, we all know that. From what we've seen, he's at least an above average GM who's been around the game for some time. As you said, he knows more about all these guys than any of us do. I'm willing to trust his process and fully back whoever he chooses, since he seems to finally be the one running the search.

Hope they sign this guy if McDaniels and Shurmer don’t come -
Young mind , up and comer , been around a lot of good minds and coached up some solid QBs

A lot of people seem hesitant on him but I’ll drive the train solo if I have too

My concern with a positional coach, or a guy that's only been a coordinator for a year or 2 is how many connections does he have to bring in a quality staff?

We saw it with Munchak. A scrub coaching staff bc he didn't know anyone

 

thats how it goes I know but there are guys not afraid to pick up the phone for qualified candidates
