Pre-Game Thread AFC Divisional Playoffs: Titans @ Patriots

I can't imagine that being true for this selection though. From 8 pt underdogs to 14. No one thinks we match up better against NE.

Reading through most of the posts here, most Titans fans don't believe that. If anything, I've only heard about the similar comparisons that NE just like KC, has trouble stopping the run. The difference being compared is NE's ability to throw the ball all over the place and attack our secondary.

 

Yup, two great QB's...but damn dude ease up on Marcus, he's got years to prove his worth...plus, you got to give him credit, did what he had to do to get the win, now heading too the second round...not too shabby...

 

I understand that. He was so adamant about how bad of a team we were, it irks me that he's picking us after last week.

He can choose who he wants.

 

While I hope we're very competitive even if we lose, I don't think we'll see any changes to this offensive staff that we desperately need if we keep it close. Ideally we would be very competitive and still see changes this offseason in the offensive coaching and scheme, but I don't think that's going to happen.

So because of that, if we are going to lose, I actually don't mind us losing in blowout fashion rather than an ugly 20-10 game. Call me a fake fan, but it is what it is. We will continue to be awful offensively next year and continue to have to rely on the defense to bail the team out if we stick with this offensive coaching staff.
