Not on defense...Titan's are playing against a weak NE defense, they will be able to run the ball for sure. It's a tough game, but I just think the Titan's running game will get this team the win. Controlling the clock, time of possession will be crucial...keep Brady on the sidelines. Brady will go down as one of the best QB's ever, but dude is like a china doll now...you rattle Brady, he will make mistakes. All I know is that I'm taking the Titan's plus the points...even in that bad weather, it will be a high scoring game.

An old friend of mine started a podcast recently and covers all kinds of stuff but he shared his thoughts on each of the playoff games this weekend.

I disagreed strongly that he thinks NE wins 35-10, 38-13, something close to that and stated he doesn't think Tennessee has a shot (hes a philly fan and also thinks they'll lose with Foles)

But I bring it up because he said he think Jax has less of a chance to beat Pitt than Titans do to beat NE. I just thought that was funny.

I lived in Massachusetts 20 years ago and was a big fan of Patriots, but I do feel that young titans can beat and crush the old Patriots this Saturday night.

Well the rain should end in Foxboro ~12pm, with a temp ~38.

BY game time the temp will be ~25 and dropping, the wind won't be a factor.

Every time I get a little optimism I remember who is on our sideline vs who is on theirs. I do think we have a good shot of covering the spread.

I think you are missing it about the Patriots D, They allowed almost 35ppg for the first 4 games since then... they have allowed 14ppg, best in the NFL over the past 12 games.

As to Brady, I asked whether LeBeau is running his zone blitz scheme and his zone D, with DB's playing 5-10 yds off the LOS. If so it will be a long night for the D. Brady will spread the field and throw almost every play. Brady has shredded the LeBeau D every time he has played it.

For the Titans to win they need to get pressure on Brady with 4 players and press coverage on the receivers.

Making the running game go against the Pats is the way to go, understand that BB will look to stop the run, keep Mariota in the pocket even at the expense of sacking him, Mariota will have to work outsides the numbers when he throws to beat the Patriots.
