Well, on the flip side, Josh never won more than 8 games as a head coach. Not sure he is a slam dunk savior. We know Mularkey can motivate and keep the team playing hard. With a fresher offensive mindset on board, we stand a better chance of continued success in all likelihood. However, do need that new OC calling the shots.

Disgusting. This is why overly emotional people shouldn't be owners of football teams

    Lol satisfied with average.

Enjoy being mediocre next year when Luck & Watson come back and we have to play the Patriots, Eagles, Cowboys, Chargers, Redskins, Ravens, and Giants with a top 2 pick at QB

All the cards literally had to play in our favor this year just to get to this point. Now the clown HC gets a pass because Mariota went god mode on KC

No use in complaining about Mularkey now. He's staying and will get a new contract. He can completely restore faith in the fans who hate the decision by moving on from at least Robiskie and hopefully the WR & QB coaches as well.

Without the change, I think, it shows the fans his inability to self reflect/judge and adapt. It proves he's too stubborn and will likely fail next season and will instantly lose all the goodwill from the fans you gained by winning a playoff game. I do believe Mularkey can be successful as CEO type coach. Motivate and manage the players & coaches but trust your coordinators to do their thing (similar to what he does with Lebeau).

A couple names to consider for our OC position that better open up after the season. (ranked in the order of preference)

    1. John DeFilippo - Eagles QB Coach - Will likely be only a 1 year thing but I think him getting some OC experience will go a long way to him getting a HC job.

    2. Mike McCoy - Former Broncos OC - He got blamed for their QBs being terrible.

    3. Jim Bob Cooter - Lions OC

Mulsucky is a loser, we are witness to the high water mark. We will also witness how a REAL coach and staff prep for and call a game this Saturday night. Mulsucky will be shown to be the one dimensional loser that he is. He and this Staff are wasting MM8

Okay. Care to justify that with anything resembling logical reasoning?

I said this in another thread: it looks more and more like Josh McDaniels will be the Colts' new head coach.
