Why is Corey Davis starting?

    Davis reminds me of Justin Hunter or Kenny Britt, everyone loving the guy because of speed and size and talking potential because of 1 or 2 great catches. I hope he can become the best WR on the team but at this point he adds nothing to the offense and taking away targets from others.

    He's played two full NFL games while missing a ton of camp and practice time.

    His head is spinning, he's not in shape and he may still may not be 100%.

    That's bullcrap. Mariota had over 300 yards passing so he was throwing it to somebody. Just not to Davis.

    Titan Jeff said you can see the potential. I disagree. I do not see him as a potential downfield threat. I'm not seeing the separation.

    This is the 5th pick in the entire draft. We expect something more.

    Why can't anyone make criticism about NFL route running? You have to be an NFL athlete to criticize route running?

    That's like saying I can't criticize a botched surgery because I'm not a Doctor.

    Indisputable we haven’t seen production worthy of the #5 pick. Disturbing that we didn’t see any separation or exemplary effort.

    Our O scheme is just stupid.

    You don't see any downfield separation?

    You just got a better view at how easy this offense is for opposing teams to stop. Eric Decker looks awful in this offense, and he's made Geno Smith and Fitzpatrick look good.

    All this years, this board complains about sitting talented young people instead of giving them repeatedly looks and learning on the job.... like many other teams do.

    We get the receiver with the highest ceiling we've ever had, who by all accounts a good hard worker, and we want to rip him apart and bench him with every mistake.
