So we have 2 fully healthy receivers right now. 4 in total....

It's okay. I doubt Robiskie and Mularkey need more than 1. All they run are sets with two of Fowler, Supernaw, and Kelly anyways.

you all will ***** about Douglas making the roster.

Then you all ***** about him getting placed on IR and bringing back Weems.

FFS you all must whine about every little damn thing.

OH NO our 5th WR position is unstable!!!!

Hey, I for one and good with Douglas being gone, no matter how it happened. Weems is useless..but who cares.

I mean, two of the five guys we have are rookies. One of those rookies missed 90% of camp and 100% of the preseason with a hamstring injury.

One of the five WRs offers nothing offensively.

Another of the five WRs missed 80% of camp and 75% of the preseason with an ankle injury.

I get people being upset. Douglas at least had a season with more than 11 receptions as his career high. Despite being ancient, he was always a better option than Weems.

I'd bring up McBride from the squad over keeping Weems any day of the week.

OR we could cut one of the 35 DBs and 15 OLBs we kept to keep six WRs...

I'd rather have McBride than Weems also. My guess is Weems offers more on ST. Neither would likely see the field.

Mularkey and Robiskie are still in 1992. They don't understand the concept of having more than 2 WRs on the field at one time.

Disagree. Jrob and Mularky seem to have a definite plan with this thing. Had to have Douglas on the initial 53 so they could bring him back during the year. It's all strategy. Woods is on the PS too so they seem to know what they're doing.

My point is, the entire year people were hoping Douglas got cut. Now that he did the world is ending and yada yada.

It sucks Sharpe got hurt again, but our season wasn't depending on either of those four. Weems and Douglas were always going to be over Sharpe because of ST, but they ignored that and set themselves up for failure.

If we can't pass on teams with Decker and Davis added to the lineup, then Douglas and Sharpe weren't going to help either.

Except Decker and Davis haven't been healthy in 6 weeks, haven't practiced in that long either. Our WR depth is trash.

JRob prioritizing special teams gunners over NFL WRs.
