The guy that covers the Texans says they're offering around 12M to him. Whoever wants him outside Texans will need to offer more than that.

 

It'd be great if we could get him though. Hurt a division opponent while improving us, just like Ben Jones last year.

I'd take Ryan and/or Kirkpatrick as consolation prizes, but Bouye is the best CB that fits what we do in this FA group. Probably the best one available this year, including Johnson from the Rams.

 

I'd love to see Poison Pill contract offers for Bouye, putting the Texans in a tough spot, while driving up the price.

 

NO TRADE FOR COOKS! We cannot afford to give up a first round for him! There are other options that won't cost us. Our biggest need is on defense and we need our picks there.

12 million total 6 million a year that was a steal! Kendall Wright made 7 million here last year to do nothing
