    Can we please just hire a ****ing GM? I was fine with losing out on Gase, but I'm pissed about Hue. Was the best coach of the group IMO, and we didn't even talk to him. What are they waiting on? I'm so frustrated right now. Ownership better hope the rumors of McDaniels wanting the job are true, or we're in trouble. No excuse. NONE.

    Make no mistake - these headlines are code for "no self respecting coach should consider taking the TN job this offseason" or if you prefer "Titans fans should not expect dramatic changes".

    I'm sticking with that until the org proves me wrong.

    @AlbertBreer: Coach will have more personnel say in Cleveland than SF ... https://t.co/HDAqG4JUDu Some of these coaches want a lot of control in the organization. My feeling is if Titans hire a good and strong GM, the HC is not going to have that much control. Just a thought about who interview and not interview. Still a lot of coaches on playoff teams right now. The GM hire will tell us a lot about the coach hire. At this point who knows what is going to happen.
