    Lets go get Les Miles. Think he would make a great head coach prospect and he has some experience at the NFL level although be it as a position coach.

    You know, who ever it is needs to be a QB guru...and then leave them the heck alone for 5 years....regardless of record the first two. Give MM a chance to grow. We can't as a franchise keep switching out HC ever 2-3 years.

    College coaches have a very poor track record in the NFL. Better off with a coordinator.

    Not really. In the NFL the OC and QB coach develop the QB, not the head coach. We need a head coach to bring in an OC who is a qb guru.
