I think there needs to be a complete turn around to just give him the job. Get over the hump and stop losing those 1 and 2 point games. Show some life on offense. If the team just looks crazy different (in a good way) under Mularkay...maybe he's worth a chance.

I really hope the people in charge really look in to finding a great coach for this team and not just the usual "oh he won a SuperBowl 17 years ago with an all star team".

Don't really want Mularky to stick around as the HC regardless. Unless by some miracle Mariota significantly progresses the next 9 games and the Titans start winning on a consistent basis - both of which I don't see happening this year.

No offense to Mularky but he was bad in Jacksonville (albeit it a bad team) and his only "winning season" as a HC came in his rookie year with Buffalo at a mediocre 9-7.

I think this team needs leadership and to be striped down once again but this time finding the right mold and the right fit , especially for Mariota and that offense.

The defense has improved under LeBeau but will he be around much longer? How much will that unit step back if he retires and we're back to the same old junk coaching up the defense next year?

A lot of changes still need to be made to make this team a contender moving foward and I just don't see how Mularky can be apart of that - not as the main leader of the team that is.

People need to be realistic, with this upcoming schedule, if we even finish the season with 5 or 6 total wins I'd consider Mularkey a miracle worker.

And as we know PK is always right.

If Webster is canned I think Mularkey is shown the door with him. If Webster sticks around and Mularkey is able to breathe new life into this team I think his chances of being back next year are much, much higher than 2%.

Considering his lack of HC success in the past and the fact he was apart of this atrocity the past 2 years. Anything short of pulling off an insane miracle and pretty much running the table or winning the division, I'd rather just bring in someone new.

Haha yes it's very unrealistic to finish with a 9-7 or 8-8 record but I just don't think Mularkey is the long term answer for us.

If this team some how backed into the playoffs at 6-10 it would no doubt the be the worst offensive line in history to start a playoff game

I think this whole poll is full of Malarkey. No one wants this to be the new guy. We need someone to come in and put this place on the right track. Somebody that is a decent sizzle hire that at the end of the first season everyone can see this team is on track to make and compete in playoffs on a yearly basis.

Until she does the wrong thing, I have to trust that Amy will either have the right connections to get this done or will pay the people who have the right connections. No one wants a crappy team. Especially not the people who write the checks to pay the salaries within the organization.
