I remember an awful Falcons team that went 4-0 in the preseason quite a few years ago.

really bad teams do this to sell tickets IMO

 

The 2008 Detroit team that went 4-0 is a better example.

All the good teams lose in the preseason.

Signed the wrong guy in Ryan. Defense still got burned on almost every pass. Dick Lebeau's defense is a joke. All the schemes in the world and up front movement and guess what? Still didn't get to the QB. The 80 year old idiot is playing like its 20 years ago and needs to be fired asap. MM accurate but still can't throw over 15 yards and should have thrown a pick. Had to run for his life again and again.
OL "best in the NFL" is the worst in a real game. Why didn't we get rid of stupid Spain once he again he failed. 3rd and 3 and no receiver can get open. Its the same as it ever was....bad receivers, bad defense, above average RBs and QB. 8-8 or maybe 9-7 tickets still have to be given away.....o and Adoree Jackson yeah nothing to see here another flop...

I so hate preseason

 

We could have easily won that game but people would still say the same things. Nobody is evaluting as a success based on a W or an L.

The lions may have won those games but do we know how individual matchups in those games looked for their starters? No we don't.

Looking at the play of some of our key starters in this game it is scary, regardless of a win or loss.

 

I couldn't agree more. Think about this fact, everybody ... Titans, Colts, and Texans all got whooped, but the Jags beat the Pats ass! So, Jags are not only can we logically conclude that we suck and Jags are winning the division, but they're better than the Pats and going to the Super Bowl ... probably.
