Baumhauer's appears to be a cayenne sauce - so that would be consistent with real Nashville Hot Chicken.

I am not familiar with that sauce. But if you eat a full plate of Hattie B's hottest chicken (I think it's calling Cluckin Hot or something like that) you are most likely going to regret it. I can eat the 2nd hottest chicken all day long. One day I got brave and ordered the hottest and never again. I really love spicy food and it was just not enjoyable to eat. Eyes tearing up. Nose running. There's a point where it's so hot you wonder what the hell you're even doing because you aren't really enjoying the food.

I get Mango Hab all the time. The hottest at Hattie Bs puts it to shame. So much hotter than MH.

The 2nd hottest at Hattie B's is hotter than Mango Habanero... At least when Hattie B's is on their game. Last time I went, they must have had morons cooking, their "hot" was super mild.

It goes Hot-Damn Hot-Shut the Cluck up

I have never had STCU heat.. but the Damn Hot flavor was enough to where I couldn't eat it.

I get 4-6 of the Tenders spun extra wet in the sauce. Can eat it all day, now.

But I quit for awhile, and went to hot BBQ.. which is delicious but a lot milder.

when I first went back to Mango, it was an experience. Lips burning, was intense. But after the first few times, you get the tolerance back, and it doesn't affect me at all now, even when the chicken is soaked in it.

It's delicious. I wish they could kick down the heat to a regular "hot" level, and keep the extreme version hot.

My interest is piqued. Might have to make a special trip to Nashville. Unfortunately, Baumhower's Bring Da Pain sauce is the hottest I can find around me (a co-worker of mine said the Mad Buffalo sauce at Pie in the Sky was not as hot as the Bring Da Pain sauce... so I'm assuming I only found it to be so hot because I was eating it as a base sauce for a pizza), and I'm starting to build a tolerance to it. Need to find something new that can make me lose the feeling in my face.

I usually get one order of the MH and another milder flavor to offset the heat a bit.

I dont usually go for super hot but one of the guys I went in there with orders 20 with the habanero sauce on em, lady looked at him like he was stupid so he decided he'd spread the pain and we all had a few.

I like a good medium heat, too much just ruins the chicken for me

after jalapeno level its getting too hot
