I think we can all agree the 2021 Titans are in dire need of an upgrade across from Honor Landry.

Some of the edge names Im seeing listed as first day guys are:
    Gregory Rousseau - Miami
    Jayson Oweh - Penn State
    Kwity Paye - Michigan
    Joe Tryon - Washington
    Azeez Ojulari - Georgia
    Jaelan Phillips - Miami

    Patrick Jones II - Pittsburgh
    Dayo Odeyingbo - Vanderbilt

Who do you guys like for us at 22?

Ive been watching cut-ups of Azeez Ojulari, while somewhat short and light (6'3" 240lbs) the kid has an arsenal of moves, and would do wonders for Landry and Simmons IMO.

Georgia runs a lot of stunts to draw double teams, we should be doing the same.

    Check him out #13 OLB

Wasn't overly impressed with that video.

You checked the tape on Phillips or Odeyingbo? They have the best tape I've seen among the edge rushers.

    Just watched Phillips vs Clemson

    :puke:

looked like DeAndre Walker in that game

Ill dig in deeper later but that was the most uninspiring game from a DE/OLB Ive ever watched

    I haven't watched any tape.

Phillips is a little scary given that he retired from football due to injuries before coming back last year. It is also a little scary that Rousseau only played a season and they both played the same role.

    Ojulari played very well.

I've watch Oweh a ton. Athletic freak. Supposedly ran 4.2's at Penn State at 6'5", 255 lbs. Played behind Gross-Matos and Toney first 2 years and only played as a pass rush specialist and was pretty good at it. Was a starter this last year. He had 0 sacks and 0 batted down passes, but was in the backfield a ton. He had something like 12 pressures against Indiana. He is also a very active tackler. I don't think he is the bust guy that a lot of people make him out to be because he is an effort guy, but I don't think we are suddenly getting sacks because of him.

I don't think there is any way we can get Paye.

Surprised you don't have Ossai on your list. I think he has been the pick for us on about half the mocks that I've seen.

Check out the VT game and the NC State games. He was very disruptive all game in both of those.

Neither Rousseau or Phillips looked good vs. Clemson. But it is Clemson, and watching the tape, they ran it a bunch and ran a bunch of plays designed to get the ball out super quick.
