    B1G has the right blueprint. 9 conference games and teams are not allowed to schedule any FCS teams.

    Fairly simple.

    LOL could you imagine if OSU had to play TA&M, LSU, Auburn and Georgia before even getting to the playoff? They'd get so fuggin' rekt.

    Michigan is the best team on OSU's schedule and they're TRASH.

    Because schedule plays a part when the committee is deciding on the top 4...

    Pretty sure the soft out of conference schedule took Baylor out of the discussion in year 1 of the playoff.

    Maybe. Could have been who they lost to and when it happened vs. the other contenders. That’s not what I was talking about anyway. The schools in the hunt all have schedules that are as similar as can be. If anyone has a “cupcake” schedule, it’d be Clemson and they’ve done pretty well in the playoffs.
