With everything considered, the round they were picked in, who was left on the board when they were picked, the number of the pick, and our needs, which of the 3 players selected on Day 1 will turn out to be a mistake?
I see the mistake but can't correct it. I wrote in Chris Brown instead of Chris Henry......sorry

none, why are the same people who were defending the titans offseason before the draft, now killing them because they diddnt draft the expected guy. each player filled a need. good first day.

With all things considered, I think Chris Henry was not a complete mistake, but I think we could have made a better selection at his spot and we still could have found him, or an equal RB, in a later round.
Chris didn't post extremely good stats in college which worries me. The saying that someone made, "No heart", also worries me. RBs coming out of college with great college stats does not mean they will play great in the NFL. Chris is coming to us with not-so-good stats, but we think he will do great in the NFL. Reversed thinking.
If we start this 07 season with White and Chris Henry as our RB threat, it is my opinion that we'll gonna be in trouble. LenDale, although considered a vet, is unproven. Chris Brown has "no heart" and was unproven in college.
Vince needs weapons to work with. Not just speedy WRs running short or long routes. He needs TEs with great hands. He needs a running threat. He needs RBs that can catch. With just a so-so WR corp, Vince is going to have to put a lot of mileage on his shoes because we're lacking in our RB and TE groups.
God I hope I'm wrong. I think the bad pick was Chris Henry.

I think Henry could have been picked later in the draft. We drafted him to early. That, IMO, is a waste or mistake, that we made. We left great players on the board that could have made a bigger impact than Henry picked in that spot.
Hope that makes sense!

what are you guys basing this on, that Henry woulda been there 30 picks later and Williams 39 picks later, just a hint? thats not good enough, im pretty sure the titans were not born yesterday they wouldnt of drafted a 7th rounder in the 2nd round, chill guys, these are professionals.

Trade Chris Henry and a 7th for Kenny Irons RB from Auburn.

This poll is unfair for 2 reasons:

1. "none" is not a choice.

2. It will take at least 2 years to determine if they were "busts"

Calm down.

And,

3. When one of the players in the poll is given the nickname "Tin Man" and the others have no nicknames, it lends to leading one in a certain direction.

We are making predictions, that's all.
We are predicting whether or not these players will even be here in 2 years.
The Titans that "weren't born yesterday" are human. They picked Pacman and they picked Young. Pacman is PROBABLY going to turn out to be a mistake. Young PROBABLY will be a high ranked QB for years. We all make mistakes.

The choice of Adam wasn't a mistake. He's a great player.

He just has to grow up.
