Would you be happy with that now that free agency is settled I think that this is a reasonable expectation.

Home Houston, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Kansas City, San Diego, Arizona,
    San Francisco, N.Y. Jets

Away Houston, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Denver, Oakland, St. Louis, Seattle,
    Pittsburgh

I'm pretty sure everyone would be happy with us going 10-6, that's playoffs.

But lets not get carried away yet. This whole season depends on Locker & growth of our young D guys IMO, and the book is still wide open on him.

Ehh. That'll be hard to win 6 of the 8 games at home. Go ahead and chuck up a loss to the 49'ers and the Texans. We could beat indy, jags, KC, Jets, Arizona, but we've never beaten the chargers so I think we would lose that one too.

Away we could beat Indy, jags, oakland, st. louis, and maybe pittsburgh depending on their health when we play them.

I really see a 9-7 or 8-8 year this year. Both would be an improvement but I really dont see us winning more than 9 games unless Locker plays like we all hope can!

If the line is good this year and Locker doesn't start well then Fitzpatrick when given time is a good QB so let's hope Gregg Williams puts his imprint on this young D and they play aggressively this season.

Yeah but I project if we do switch to Fitzpatrick, it'll be too late for this season. I think we will stick with Locker until our playoff hopes are gone!

    Should Win:
Indy x1, Jax x2, KC, ARZ, NYJ, SD, OAK

    50/50:
Indy x1, St. Louis, Pitt, Houston x1

    Should lose:
    Houston x1, SF, Denver, Seattle

    At worst: 8-8
    At best: 12-4

We always drop a game we should win, so I'll say 5-3 at home, 4-4 on the road.

9-7 better get it done or Munchak can jump off a cliff.

Cardinals will be a 50/50 game too this year with the addition of an actual qb who is halfway decent.

All im gonna say is, a good coach adapts his style of football around the players he has. He doesnt draft players just to fit his style or methods. When coaches are too stubborn to adapt, aka Jeff Fisher, this is how teams fall behind. So come draft day we shouldnt draft the best play that fits our scheme, we should draft the best player and make our scheme that works best with him. (At least thats how you should do it with qbs). So if we run the same type of offense that Locker ran in college, then I have enough faith to say that we will be a good team next year and will make the playoffs!
