Webster should stay no matter what. He did his job and got talent for the coaches to work with. He drafts really well too. If we keep Webster, then I think we will be very good for a while.

I think you wrote a lot of words about GMs without mentioning the two real problems of this team post McNair's departure.

    Fisher and Vince Young.

The two not only had a terrible feud, they let it divide the team and would not work together.

Fisher could not adapt to the changing NFL and in a word became LAZY. Remember how he said he quit watching opponent game film???

Vince tried but would rather argue and whine then adapt and develop. Too coddled and spoiled to be a leader of Men. Forget leader, he was just a malcontent that thought he was above it all.

I think Mike R(forgot how to spell his name)was afraid to repeat Floyds cap fiasco, and in doing so tried to save money. But if you dont spend, you are not competitive.I suppose there is a fine line between feast and famine.

Making us look like we're a tough team and actually making us a tough team are two very different things.

We'll just have to wait and see. I love the moves we've made this offseason, but we still have question marks at QB, DL and secondary.

If Locker is actually a franchise QB (which is hard to imagine at this point), then we should be a good team for a long time.

This is a little something that I got from espn.com

Titans owner Bud Adams talked to Wyatt about big free-agent spending and playoff hopes. Said Adams: “We have to get the players we know can perform and make us look like we’re a tough team to play against again.”

I like what the old man is saying. I want those days back also.

    This was posted yesterday.

I'm pretty sure Mike R. was calling the shots. I remember I think I made a post bout this based on some article I found. Also, the article gave mention to Fish the culprit for pulling the trigger on some bad picks (Chris Henry, Woolfolk, Rennie, Paul, etc...).

As for Mike, his connection with Wash. probably had something to do with the Lock pick, and yes jury is def still out. But he made some nice picks as well I guess.

Your right about this though. He scored big with Brown and Martin, we still don't know their ceilings. Wright can still prove the doubters wrong, so I'm hoping with a better offense he can do more. Sens got a bit better as the season progressed. Alongside a strong first Free Agency, and yes, I'd say he did pretty well all in all.

RW signed 'la Vagician' long term. Should be fired for that alone
