Why is Amano still on the roster?

We needed to fix 2 guard spots. We have only fixed one.

Thats why.

 

Exactly and cutting Amano saves us zero on the CAP. So at the least he will stay into camp.

 

He saves us 1.9 million. That is 1.8 million more than it would have taken for me to cut his worthless ass.

Probably becuase cutting him doesn't really save us much as far as the cap goes. And while he should never be a starter, he provides decent depth, has experience at both G and C (which is important if we learned anything from last year) and we haven't signed/drafted anyone else to play G yet.

 

Also, you don't cut the most interesting man in the world.

 

1.9 million might not be much but its more than he is worth. Guy would be out of the league if it wasn't for us. He rated like the worst C his last year he was healthy. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume the injury didn't make him better.

 

I think you giving him credit for a legit injury is being quit generous.

EA had no desire too get embarassed again IMO

I fully expect a repeat performance early in TC

 

Because he's the only center we have. He sucks, but we need someone.

 

Velasco is our center. Eugene is a butthole. I'd rather Jake stick his hands under Orville Redenbacher's pasty ass than Amano's four million dollar badonkadonk.
