What is this "IT" and when will it show? We are 6 years in on this project.

You're barking up the wrong tree my friend. I'm one of the most unapologetic CJ supporters on the board so no, I wouldn't be "jumping all over him". It annoys me that most fans act like just because they invest money into a franchise that they should have a say in that player's day to day life or that the stupid conclusions they often jump to have any merit.

It's made even more sad by the sheer hipocrisy of it all. Once the player is old, injured, not producing, or useless to the team, not a single "fan" gives a rat's ass about his life. Hell most of them start screaming that we should cut them to save money that doesn't even belong to them. All a lot of fans are good for these days is criticism and feigning outrage about inane issues that have 0 impact on their own life.

First - he is just showing his positive attitude toward things.

Second - it's not a secret that accuracy was a weakness for him. Always been a weakness. Always will be a weakness.

But one can always improve on weaknesses just as much as one can improve on strengths. It's not like the Titans didn't realize he had accuracy issues. They realized he has great leadership & a great mental attitude to work towards making things better.

Anybody want to talk about his strengths? Like maybe his legs? Or his football skills? Or his ability to throw on the run? Or his leadership? Nope, he's not Tom Brady so lets just move on now. He has already started 11 games and played in 16, so we can be sure now he will never be able to improve.

    Dang man I swear....

He has played a third or less of the games of those he came with into the NFL. He's had two OCs in as many years. He has had injuries. He has had to deal with sorry play calling. He has had to deal with less than stellar Olines. He reflects the talent of the rest of the team. Sorry Olines, sorry catchers, inability to learn the plays by the line does not a good QB make. When the entire team improves, he will improve with them. He can't do it by himself. Stop asking him to. And example next door is Pekke Rinne, who has struggled lately because his teammates expect him to save their lazy butts while they sit on their ample paychecks and do little to nothing. No team wins consistently unless every member contributes.

Blaine hasnt done much worse than Locker and his team is much worse than ours. The jury is still out on both of these guys. Locker has a tendency to throw too high leaving his receivers exposed and helpless. I am really surprised Washington or Wright didnt break any ribs last year with all of the high placed balls. Keith Bullock would have made Locker pay for those. I wish he would have owned up and acknowledged that it is an area to work on. He could have owned up without throwing himself under the bus.

Vince fixed his accuracy issues before he left.

PLEASE fans, don't throw Locker under the bus just yet. It took Vince 4 seasons before he reached his peak here. Give Locker time to develop.

    Again with this accuracy stuff?

Go watch other QB's, they consistently miss open receivers too.

Schuab, Luck, and many other "good" QB's make the same mistakes.

Look at the circumstances Jake had to deal with.
    1.) bad shoulder
    2.) no running game
3.) WR's dropped tons of balls
4.) O-Line was patched together week after week with terrible players
5.) No defense to help with field position
    6.) No offensive coordinator

and I know I know, similar things were said in college, but here's the thing, Jake Locker isn't a guy to rise above it all and carry a team, he's a role player who like 90% of QB's out there, can't do it alone.

He's like a Josh Freeman, when he tries too hard he looks bad, but with help he is as good as anyone.

We were a better team in 2011, and back then everyone was stoked to see Locker.

Under better circumstances he will impress you again.
