Titans won't use franchise tag on TE Jared Cook

    Why would you want Finley... he's literally the same as Cook, but has a better QB, and will likely cost more. Pass.

    Why? Well for one we need a viable threat at TE and Thompson and Stevens just ain't gonna cut it. I really don't want to rely on a mid round rookie TE to pick up the slack do you? Finley is similar to Cook without the speed, but he won't command a WR's salary. Clearly Cook will not be re-signing with us, he's sick of the staff and franchise... he's made that clear.
