Casserly basically admitted he had no idea who the Titans would pick when he made the picks (said we could take Warmack) and had Werner going to the Jags (because they still can't rush the passer despite numerou picks to solve that problem), Milliner going to the Lion because they are pathetic at CB. But one mistake made by both GMs and these draft geeks is they rank these players by position and then project or take guys because they are the best based on need which is stupid. If you are the Lions you don't take Milliner there just because CB is your biggest need and he is the best CB. I'd like to see Milliner's 40 time and his shuttle and cone times before I figure out were he should be. But even so I'm not sure he is a top 10 pick.

Almost every mock has Werner long gone before we pick.
One of the wild card is going to be the QBs. Some mocks have zero QBs going in the top 10 while some have Smith and Barkley. We should hope for the following:
    1. 2 QBs go in top 10
    2. 2 OTs go in top 10
    3. The Lion really do take Milliner
    4. The Bills really do take Patterson (nfldraftcountdown has him there as well)
    5. 3 of the OLBs go in the top 10

If all of the above happen look at the guys we have the choice of taking.
    Star, Floyd, Werner, or Warmack

The Eagles and Browns are desperate for good offensive linemen. They would be idiots to not draft there.

Watch this video and tell me you would not draft Warmack with that 10th pick. He totally dominates every guy he blocks. He even reach blocks and turns the guy! The guy he blocks the most is Bennie Logan who will be a 3rd or 4th rd pick. Does he miss even one block?

Then watch the video again but watch Fluker. He prison rapes Mingo a guy some posters want us to take at 10. Casserly has us taking Mingo! Take the guy who pwned him!

LSU had the best D-line in college football.

I would love to land Werner, but I doubt he'll be available by #10. I really want to pickup a DE early. Wimbley was awful last year & Morgan has had one good year in his career. You have to have a rotation for DEs, keeping them fresh, and getting 100% every snap. With that being said, I'm hoping for Tank Carradine in the 2nd.

I'm really scared that Warmack will go to #4 Philly or #7 Arizona. I'm hoping Joeckel will go #4 & Arizona will reach for a QB.

You never know. If he does fall he would be a steal. And it could happen. If it does get ready for tasteless Nazi jokes. As for me, I prefer

Coming off an ACL tear? There should be a decent DE available in rd 2 that is healthy and I would probably wait at that point if we didn't get a top rusher in the first.

ehh...not many teams are going to take a guard in the top 10. It just doesn't happen very often so I think it's safe bet to think he will be there when we pick.

Last season should have been a turning point in this constant trend towards throwing the ball more often and better and drafting around that. The Skins made the playoffs with a power running game. The 49ers, Seahawks had power running games. Teams that were not balanced didn't get anywhere.

The Pats were a balanced team this year. The Ravens are a balanced team.

So this obsession only with guys who are edge rushers or LTs who can block them needs to end. You also need guys like Warmack and Fluker who can move people and open holes and big defensive tackles who can stop the run.

As do I. Last year everyone raved about DeCastro. Not as much as Warmack, but he still was getting talked about in the #10-#13 range, look what happened.
