Or... just maybe... us "Locker haters" didn't like Locker from the start, and thought his draft value was way overrated. It's not about "impatience" - it's about knowing that Jake Locker isn't the answer for this team, and wanting to get a quarterback who will give us the best chance to win.

 

Who did you have graded higher in the 2011 draft?

 

I know hindsight is 20/20.. But Jj watt was the right choice there.

We'd be in the exact same spot had we stuck with hasselbeck or any other free agent.

 

And I said every single day leading up to that draft that JJ Watt was the best choice, Locker was my 2nd to Watt.

 

Lol.....Luck is a rookie who lead a 2-14 team to 11 wins and a playoff berth while throwing 4,200 yards and like 25 TD. Locker looked terrible in many games.

I hate to say it but I agree with this. I thought Locker was a HUGE reach at 8th overall....and he looks exactly how I expected him to. It's not impatience or hate; I'm just seeing exactly what I expected to see out of him.

 

think about this titans team if we had Ngata and Watt on our Dline instad of VY and Locker...

We would be the best defense in the league.. Drafting for need looks good at the time, 5 years later, we all look back like..
