IMO Tennessee could be a great place to coordinate:

If I'm a defensive coordinator looking at our roster I see a lot of talent that is being held back by scheme and inexperience. I immanently see one of the best young linebacker corps in the NFL with Brown-McCarthy-Ayers. I look at the backfield and see two solid CB's in McCourty and Verner. Obviously you need to improve the safety play but remember at one time Griffin was on of the better safeties in the NFL; he wasn't a ***** until Chuck Cecil and Jerry Gray took over. He still has a ton of potential but he needs to get his head right. Wimbley, Casey, Martin, and Morgan are all decent in a vacuum but it lacks that premier player to turn those pieces into something that can dominate. Wade Phillips showed us that a good DC can turn a horrible defense into a dominate one and our could do the exact same thing.

An offensive coordinator could look at the same things. We have a potentially amazing set of skill players; Britt, Wright, Washington, Cook, and Johnson together have the ability to cause havoc on opposing defenses. The biggest issue is the fact we need to stabilize our offensive line; we have had a ton of injuries this year and the line wasn't that great before that. Velasco and Roos are good but we need to upgrade at both OG positions and possibly our RT (Stewart can be replaced with a new RT and bounced inside killing two birds). The X factor on offense is Jake Locker of coarse but if he takes a step forward and the OL is fixed this could potentially be a top 10 offense.

I was just thinking it's such a tragedy that Chris Johnson missed his chance to win a Super Bowl for the Titans.

At one time that guy was as electrifying as they come, now he just runs in circles til the whistle blows. Such a waste of an amazing talent. Thanks Titans coaches. :disappointed:

Don't worry if the Titans cut him he will win one with the Patriots or the Packers nothing like a Hall of Fame QB to open up running lanes

I think we may have burned him out.

If he does eventually land on a great team, it'll be more them winning him a title.

Tom Cable is right on up there with other idiots like Mike Singletary, but he does know football.

He'd be like my 10th choice maybe.

Problem is two of the following, Indy, Cincy and Pittsburgh will make the WC spots.
Pittsburgh has 7 wins, but plays Cincy next week.
    TN is toast.
