I think mcdaniels has real talent. He inherited a run down team and most likely made some leadership errors out of inexperience. He's been mentored by one game's greatest coaches.

I was always a big on Fewell. But I'm starting to think there's a reason he keeps getting interviews yet no offer. Whether he's being brought in to satisfy the Rooney Rule or not, the bottom line is he hasn't blown anyone away enough to get another HC gig. There just might be a reason he's still coordinating.

Zimmer and, surprisingly, McDaniels I could actually get behind. McDaniels got his first HC gig way too soon and I'm sure he realizes he made some mistakes and would do things different a second time around.

I'd love to at least take a look at Ray Horton. But it's looking like he could be the Cards next HC. Honestly, I really don't think we can do too much worse than Munch. And unfortunately I'm being dead serious in saying that. It'll be tough to be disappointed with whoever is the next HC (assuming Munch actually gets fired).

Josh McDaniels would trade all of our good players....if we had any good players.

Zimmer or Fewell. Both would improve our defense, but I would want them to get a gem of a OC. Hell, I'd take Norm, if we could land a good DC.
