Nolan was most definitely done with Batman, he didn't want to do the third. I really wish he'd tell us what he planned to do with the third if Ledger were still alive.

That said, I bought the broken cowl edition, I haven't watched the extras yet (though I rarely watch extras) but they all come with the same features I think anyway.

Watching it again, Bane's voice is easier to understand, could be watching it at home was easier than in the cinema. I also enjoyed it more a second time.

They may do some animated films, but Nolan's Batman is different than the previous Spiderman. They didn't suck.

Easily the best trilogies since Jurassic Park and I highly doubt a director will come along and try and catch a ride. They may make some animated movies, like they always have. All the 'realistic' characters are gone, outside of maybe the Riddler, and I doubt anyone will want to push Killer Croc or Mr. Freeze after what Schumacher filmed.

What did y'all think of Selina Kyle? I don't think she hurt the movie nor helped. She was just...kinda there. She was good during her vulnerable moments but her one liners were kinda making me mad, they just seemed too forced lol.

A friend of mine said it would have worked better if Anne Hathaway and Marion Cotillard switched roles, which is an interesting thought.

I hated the idea of Hathaway being Catwoman, but I thought it worked out pretty well. She was just kind of a thrown in though. I guess Bruce needed a love interest since Rachel was killed in TDK.

Too bad Katie Holmes left, she was actually a fitting Rachel as she had the "pretty girl next door" thing about her. Not trying to be mean, but Maggie Gyllenhaal wasn't pretty enough. And she was too imposing, 'cuz of how tall she is and didn't seem "girly" enough. Plus, she and Christian Bale never had good on screen chemistry.

Didn't Tom Cruise have something to do with Holmes not coming back?

Yeah, Maggie isn't at all attractive. She was a bit annoying actually. Could have gotten a number of better actors to play the role who are more attractive.
